According to the press release, UK trio Archie Bronson Outfit “… turned to friend Alex Smith who edited footage of the long lost British Z-movie classic Hoola to the song.” That’s probably a joke. The footage “… made a few decades ago” looks as if it was filmed yesterday, with special effects from two decades ago. Or maybe it was shot in the same timeless dimension as their vikings-in-space clip for “Shark’s Tooth.” Either way, Smith and the band should happily take credit for the video’s hilarious and horrific attacking brain (and low-budget brain ooze). Also funny: The mid-song commercial break, where the band play actors in a sex hotline commercial.
