I have always enjoyed The Staves a lot. On one of their posters from the "If I Was", it shows the ladies walking together on a snow covered road with no end to the snow falling around them. Along with the sisterly duo from First Aid Kit, I am sure this album would make for excellent listening during any long, cold winter.

Demi Lovato rightfully takes her place in full protest mode with the likes of Juliana Hatfield, Evanescence, The Rolling Stones, Maren Morris, Lavender Diamond, and Stevie Nicks.

Even Miley's cover of Blondie is amazing, even though there was a bit of growling from time to time.

Other countries had to fight just to have a vote, so saying that "most people don't *really* care about what's *truly* best for people" shows for several decades--voters stayed home because they showed apathy. Point being--we should all be very grateful and fortunate that we can voice our opinions, no matter how vocal--but we as Americans have the power to change the course of history (hopefully, the right kind of history.)

I blame it largely on the creator of the show, for giving Trump a platform to criticize many well respected people with solid resumes and looking like fools since they couldn't come up big in his so-called "challenges." Absolute junk.

With early voting showing a record turnout in traditionally Republican states like Indiana, Georgia, and Texas--this more than likely should be an excellent sign for Joe Biden. And the last lyrics get right to the heart of our collective frustrations of Trump's administration. Not once has Trump showed any sign of caring or empathy, except for lining the pocketbooks of every rich person known to modern man. I will remember this time forever one large elongated SNL fake script/we were all stuck in this collectively large fishbowl/acting like very little truth has actually come out of his mouth/whatever blah blah blah you wish to say. It is quite the opposite of what a leader in the free world should be doing while occupying the office we the people have voted for. According to fivethirtyeight.com, they have been saying all along that suburban women, Latinos, young voters, and first time voters who sat on the sidelines for whatever reasons (apathy among them) are going to be huge deciding factors. Also, don't forget in three critical swing states--Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan will have their deadline for mail-in votes being a few days after the election. Florida will also be a major player. In other words, we may not know the actual winner for possibly 2 or 3 days--unless of course Biden leads in the electoral college by a considerable margin. And for those old enough to remember, everyone thought Richard Nixon set the standard for hiding things, thanks in large part to Watergate. But he is going to be remembered more as a saint compared to what we have been going through since 2017, for a lack of a better phrase. Yes, Nixon did some good things (namely his trip to China and boldly declaring Texas as the national college football champion in 1969 after beating Arkansas). Look back on YouTube and see in the early days of his first term on how he spoke well to the media, compared to when he started his second term in office. But when "the most trusted person in the world" in 1972, Walter Cronkite of CBS showed the one segment of how Watergate started, along with the first word of that 18 1/2 minute tape gap--America began turning on him long before his resignation of August 1974. And we all thought that the rules of the Presidency would be followed exactly. You can safely say once Trump is finally past history, that the entire White House rules will be rewritten from top to bottom. No stone left unturned (please see Kellyanne Conway, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, and especially Kimberly Guilfoyle.) Similar to Julianna Hatfield "Short Fingered Man", "Kellyanne", and "Heartless", The Rolling Stones, "Living In A Ghost Town", Evanescence "Use My Voice", Maren Morris "Better Than We Found It", and Stevie Nicks "Show Them The Way" should be all bottled up with Demi's well timed single in a time capsule for future generations--no matter how our future children and grandchildren get their music.

Having them carry Trump's town hall at the same time ABC is airing Joe Biden's town hall, I am curious to see what the ratings will be. And yes, even Sunday Night Football is struggling.

No worries, whiskeyclone. From the days when he did "Superstition", "I Just Called To Say I Love You", "Part-Time Lover", and "Isn't She Lovely"--I have been a fan of his for many years. These songs serve as another chapter to his rightful place as one of the greats, no questions. And yes, this is comment number 10--and I am very proud of it.

Not exactly, but my store of choice has them inside a convenient plastic square container. The only difficult part is opening one of the corners. It is similar to opening up a package of Blue Bunny ice cream--where it is very popular at Wal-Mart.

Feels right to me. Not only is it similar to some of Roosevelt's other work, but it has some elements from Foster the People "Sit Next To Me" and Phoenix with "Lisztomania."

I thought the multi-Zoom was fun. Humorous but fun. At least, if they got the word out to convince any Americans still on the fence--it is not that difficult to vote. And the best part, it takes about as long as hearing your favorite song while waiting at the deli counter (thanks, HAIM.)

Anything that can be done--music, passionate speeches, whatever have you we have this basic American duty to get out and vote. If you don't, we wouldn't have the opportunity to change the course of history. If that above statement doesn't make any sense, nothing else will--that is unless you think this whole Trump Administration has been nothing short of one elongated SNL sketch. I am only waiting for the ending come Election Night.
