Too bad that after Kala MIA was deemed "uncool". She was often portrayed as either fake or paranoid, and I feel that many fans turned their backs on her. Matangi is basically one of the most underrated albums of the decade

Let's clarify I wrote I respect her for using the term "Arab Jew". In RS they described her as an "Arab Israeli" - That's totally wrong and not what's written on her twitter. My problem was with Thom Yorke's claim - which is not really related to how she calls herself but more to what she is, an Israeli. I do feel however, also with describing the opening act Dudu Tasa, that they are using those Arabic roots to justify something when it's not relevant at all. And last thing - it's not always offensive not to respect the way a person identifies, just ask Rachel Dolezal

Meaning a jewish person who's parents/grandparents migrated from an Arabic country. I respect Mizrahi Jews identifying as Arab Jews but let's face it, she's an Israeli Jew (privileges included) , most Israeli Jews are misinformed and in denial about the occupation. Claiming the calling Radiohead misinformed is offensive because of Jonny's wife, that's just silly.

One thing that bothers me is describing Johnny's wife, Sharon Katan as "Arab-Israeli". I guess they mean she's a Mizrahi jew, but she is full jewish israeli. Seems to me the choice of "Arab-Israeli" is used to gain righteousness, but it's really a stretch

Fuck this guy. He didn't ask for Waits permission just like he didn't ask those horses. Horses in equestrian get injured and die. Also his show looks totally ridiculous, who would want to be attached to that?

When you have a politician like Trump, and you spend air time making fun of the dumb things he says, and condescending him, you are not gonna change the minds of his suppoeters, but actually secure their support for him even more. Taking a racist, unapologetic politician and turning him into a clown is the best way to sky rocket a career of a right wing nobody. I've seen it so many times in europe. I hope America will not learn it the hard way. Sorry for these 3 ladies. case/lang/veirs is amazing.

Disturbing a show is one thing but a crowd has a right to not be engaged and that includes checking phones. A rock show isn't the opera and that's a good thing

I agree with you to some extent, however, These assumptions about her own experience with Terry Richardson probably has something to do with the fact that she's a young woman. What's that if not just another way to oppress someone? So why should she be silence about it?
