It may be a good event but it's not good music. This reads almost like a defense of a Dave Matthews Band concert which, as DMB fans are always eager to point, is a brilliant concert. Again, it might be a good event, but it's not good music. The serrated bass drop is cheap trick. Similar to when you shake a tennis ball in front of a dog who, in anticipation of the throw, displays the most uncontainable joy. I suppose that's more an indictment of the crowd and not Skrillex. Regardless of the crowd, the music is in poor taste in my opinion. But that's my opinion and mine alone.
