No shade at all. Dude is young. Probably only 10 when "1979" was released. How many 10 year old's you know investing in a record collection at that time?
Innervisions and Music of My Mind are in the top 5 so I'm good with this list. Music of My Mind is usually the forgotten child out of his 70s catalog. Good to see it get some love here.

Wavves' Nathan Williams and Cloud Nothings' Dylan Baldi have released their collaborative LP No Life For Me on iTunes and bandcamp. It's out right now via Williams' label Ghost Ramp. That's the artwork above and the tracklist below. Update 6/29 12:11 PM EST: Wavves and Cloud Nothings are streaming the title track. Listen to it above.
As previously reported, the album was produced by Sweet Valley (the beatmaking duo of Williams and his brother Joel) and features Vampire Weekend's Rostam Batmanglij.
On Twitter, Williams answered a few questions about the album and his current plans for Wavves and other projects. He said a joint tour was "not likely" due to his and Baldi's schedules, though Wavves will begin a tour on September 1 and release a new album in August. Additionally, he said that while the collaborative album won't get a proper physical release, it'll be released on vinyl.
Guess they won't have many rap concerts come through there. They better not allow Eminem to come either. He's done everything from killing the mother of his daughter to raping his mother.
Q-Tip produced 3 tracks and did a lot more uncredited production on other tracks. He was the backbone of the album actually. His interview with RBMA was very informative. He's very unselfish as we can see with the lack of credit he took for his work with ATCQ.
Blatant crossover attempt. Ye's longing for white acceptance is disgusting. I can already hear him crying at the Grammy's when he doesn't win one for this song.
Whoever made this list is not a true ATCQ fan. First off, the only song from album 5 that should ever be mentioned as one of their best is "Find A Way". Other than that, get outta here! Secondly, just because a song was released as a single does not mean it's one of their best. “I Left My Wallet In El Segundo”, “Stressed Out” and "Award Tour" wouldn't even be top 5 songs on their respective albums let alone top 10 all-time.
The sample is from The Isley Brothers. Had he said The Beastie Boys used this sample too, cool but that's not what was stated. Most of you that post here weren't around when Paul's Boutique was released anyway. If so, you were damn babies so you heard the album after the fact.
Nothing special as far as the beat goes. K Dot killed it lyrically. I did dig the beat change though. Looking forward to the album. Hopefully the major label let some of those FlyLo joints make the cut.
Grimes noticed all the negative reactions to “Go.” And in fact, she’s scrapped the entire album she’d been working on, saying that the new album “sucked” and that, since then, she’s “started again.” Sounds like the fans reaction to "Go" caused her to change the direction of her new album.
