well played
Let's hope not. Modest Mouse have to be one of the most obnoxious bands of the last 20 years
there's an option to DL as a ZIP anyway. Thanks dude.
Heard him drop part of this on Thursday in Portland, pretty cool
tune-yards should be the only band on the list
i think you're still cool
No but between his houses, investments, property, cars, clothes, collectibles, etc PLUS the money he has in the bank, I'm betting that's about right.
that's probably the only thing on this list i would buy... i'm being serious
i might agree with you. amazzzing song
"Most bands would pay good money to have a catalogue of songs that strong to pull from." ..Unless they had a grain of artistic integrity
Bloom just isn't up there with Teen Dream, that was a hard act to follow. The hooks aren't there, the emotion's not runnin' as high. Maybe it'll grow, but I've already listened to it like 4 times...
If it was so simple to get stupid-rich making brostep, why doesn't your roommate just make enough money to retire and then make whatever he wants?
Wichita Lineman for sure
What's wrong with the Darkness track? It's not quite on the level as 'Thing Called Love' but it's a pretty solid and likable Queen-esque rock track.
She very clearly raps. The author is retarded.
I don't understand why artists still need to come out with albums. Clearly the format is not kind to everyone, so why can't it just be a series of singles or "EPs"? I feel like we're really beyond pigeonhole-ing musicians into putting out filler garbage as a music-centric culture.
Yeah, it's been over a year, and MBDTF is still getting played all the time. I love it. It's a classic. And Contra does suck.
I would kill to see an indie band that was anti-gay marriage: All cool indie credit = gone.
I agree with you..hugely overrated. In general don't listen to music to just be amused and a highly clever and ironic song is not a proper substitute for a good one.
Where's The Streets - "Dry your eyes"? Sad fucking song.
Video filled with hipsters drinking and smoking, never seen that before.
I hear some of the Beach Boys' 'Surf's Up' in Screens, more of a melancholy take on the whole sunshine-ey psyched out pop. I dig it.
