I think it was lemons :)
Sorry, Grayson lost her dignity with that frog song last week. But she seems really nice.
Quite enjoyable, what! http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lssdn1XhE51r4q4d2o1_250.gif
Ed was mad because both he and Tylor powered through cutting off some of their digits in earlier episodes and he thinks it's fine for Sara to lose a kidney in the name of Modernist Bar Be Que. And he's probably in a lot of pain with that weird jaw hinge affliction.
Thank you, Monsters, for brightening a very difficult year. You made me laugh when I thought nothing could. You are all awesome. Or, in the local vernacular, you all are awesome!
Is that real? I'd love to watch that!
I liked that Patti's friend said she is allergic to eggs but she still loved Ed's dish!
So, after Heather whined about the shrimp at Judge's Table, I was pleased that Tom got right to business and just ignored her outburst. And I was pleased that Grayson (the one who didn't get eliminated) was just shaking her head through the whole outburst like, "you one crazy bitch!"
it's like he's chewing cud
I'm with you, Deeky, who's Paul?
Tom seemed just as grumpy this week as last week in the fancy people's houses. Did he have a falling out with Padma? Did Hugh's scary unibrow crawl over and bite him?
I noticed Ed was still bandaged from a show or two ago when he tried to amputate his hand.
Oh, and Monty Python and the Holy Grail!

Wow, Patrick M, Yes! (although, God, I love you! Really!) "Star Wars" (not this New Hope crap!) was released summer of 1977. I was 12 and saw it 17 times that summer (for relatively very little as I lived in a small town with a cool small theater "The Essanee" (http://www.flickr.com/photos/solasolo/5477298545/)). And, Godsauce's take is right, I was in a strange corner of America and was in tune with kids across the country for the first time. OK, there were other national film connections at the time, for instance, "Gator" starring Burt Reynolds. But, honestly, even as a teenager, I was very disappointed with the two following films. And then the prequels were just awful. Bleh.
I love Being John Malkovich. But that may be because I know a puppeteer and he's not exactly successful.
Did that Paul Reiser show actually air?

Y'all, my grandfather complained that on Saturdays, after the Lawrence Welk Show, the sound was always bad on LPB (Louisiana Public Broadcasting - Yes, they run Lawrence Welk on LPB every Saturday evening about 6 pm for the past 100 years! followed by 70s and 80s era BritComs!), so we fiddled with his TV and his hearing aid. Guess what the problem was? All those dang British accents!
Yes! Dave standing there texting was an awesome moment!
That's what I wanted to say to you all, your hilarious take on the world has alleviated an otherwise difficult time in my life. AND I learned how to make animated GIFs and post them this week. Yay! Here's a present! http://www.gifsoup.com/view8/2304828/smile-o.gif

Gee, I thought I was just echoing the the ennui/ambivalence that battlecat had expressed. Oh well, whatever
That's what she said! (is that how that works?)
And what was that crap Mike said about his sous chefs being three angels in the kitchen?! Did I hear that right?
