So many fun pop ladies exploding Down Under these days. Quite murderer's row of producer/writers for an e.p. at this early stage for her. Your move, Hatchie.
Now we're going deeper. Most here are probably not going to be into considering this stuff, but just in case a few are curious, here's a shared copy of one starting point:

She writes great catchy tunes like this but packages them in embarrassing lyrics and artwork. She's got the sense of humor of a 14 year old. I guess the band name set the tone this is nothing to take too seriously.
The parchment background on their note adds that extra nice touch. I would have went with Comic Sans font though.
The subtle switch here from "misinformation", which most have been using, to "disinformation" is interesting. It suggests intent to harm on Rogan's part. What do these guys know about his intentions that the others don't?
Another one of those cases like Slipknot where the main dude seems like a decent guy with a sense of humor so you wish their music was not garbage so you could actually enjoy it
So their upcoming tour venues will require proof of vzx, but the tour is somehow endangered by "misinformation" that may keep people from getting vaxxed? Are they worried some portion of their own fanbase are Rogan bros who can't buy tix because they chose to not get vaxxed? Confusing logic is confusing.
I was referring to you saying he should be held accountable for what "failed to acknowledge". I actually find that point interesting. If it's not what one says, but what one doesn't say might get them in trouble, that's a slippery slope obviously. We saw some of this in the whole "antiracism" movement--that silence somehow equals complicity. We can't go down this road. (I'm not a fan of this dude but do not like whole manufactured campaign against him.)
Love these early Conor images and revisiting Bright Eyes even though I rarely listen to them anymore. He probably doesn't get enough credit for his long varied career. He's been at it since he was about 14. And now as an elder statesman of indie in his 40s, he's sharing his spotlight with younger artists.
Well this is a big bummer. I can't see how someone else can sing/talk/rant those songs. The lyrics feel like they came right out of his personal journal.
Where are you getting "millions" from? Internationally? Plenty of vaccinated ones too. MA for example (https://www.wbur.org/news/2021/12/10/massachusetts-hospitals-vaccinated-coronavirus-patients)
At this point, just noticing an interesting trend. Belly is a fairly random, relatively unknown artist to enter the fray now, so that raises antennas significantly. Record labels have wanted to fight back against Spotify's hold for a long time. They see view them as a necessary evil but continue to hold them responsible for their role in sales declines. You don't have to be very cynical to think that labels may use the Rogan excuse to try to weaken their strangle hold and renegotiate. Some business writer should do some actual journalism on this.
This is an interesting point--there are not many these days. Wonder if it has to do with the overall decline of indie movies, costs of sync rights, and streaming. It's been ages since a classic indie soundtrack like Nowhere (Greg Araki) or Amateur (Hal Hartley).
You have some good points in here. You can also throw in that the inventor of the PCR test, Kary Mullis (Nobel prize winner) disavowed their use to detect disease. But people here don't want to engage on facts when they're acting emotionally. I don't blame them. People are angry and scared after over two years of this. Critical thinking is being beaten out of us. (I recommend paragraph breaks next time.)
"Disinformation, propaganda, lies"--LOL--nice try at gaslighting. Let me introduce you to Pubmed, where international peer reviewed real science articles are indexed. It's funny how you pounce on me with all the trolls on here in this thread. My stuff is always sourced. You come at me, you better not miss.

This whole thing is looking lie an orchestrated campaign, but if it's truly organic, someone tell Grandma the FDA does not represent the rest of the world. (Or tell whoever wrote this for her.). Ivermectin was widely used as an early treatment in countries like India and there are about 2000 papers about it's use to treat covid. mRNA vaccines have been categorized as gene therapy going back as far as the 80s. The definition has only recently changed. Again, many papers can easily verify this. If you want to pull your shit, go right ahead, but don't try to play us for undiscerning fools.
This is the whole point--a frustrating refusal to engage on specifics. I've posted this academic criticism of specific Rogan talking points here before. It's just one of others out there as well. It is worth at least skimming. Hurry up before the downvoters hide it.

If anyone is looking for a great alternative concert film, DA Pennebaker's Depeche Mode 101 is newly out on bluray. It includes the movie and the pure concert footage separately. It's fun and sounds amazing and more or less invented modern reality TV.
