If there’s a new Fleet Foxes album right now, I will lose it. Robin is one of my favorite songwriters ever. The first release were a jam in high school and then Helplessness Blues dropped right at the end of it and became one of my favorite albums. Crack Up came at another tumultuous time in my life and delivered. I’m about two weeks away from moving out of state and by myself (both for the first time in my life) so if a new FF album drops right now, I don’t think I’ll be able to emotionally handle it.
Excellent. Agreed 100%. I also like the RockNRoller Coaster.
did u use it as evidence, officer?
I genuinely believe that in a few decades, social media will be socially considered a drug. How "online" you are (or essentially how much social media you're on) will essentially be looked at like an addiction. If you're on Twitter AND Facebook AND Reddit? That's a lot of drugs...
I think you meant to post this comment on the article where he said November Rain was the best video of all time.
"I vow to let the kids tik their toks FREELY" *Biden then wins by a landslide* America sucks.
Also...I think Tik Tok is stupid and we'd be better off without it. We don't need it at all. Which is why Americans will prob have a revolution over it lmao
I know you're (only kind of) joking but honestly, the second the govt starts restricting our internet too much....people will bug out. The Internet has been the main thing keeping Americans complacent/satisfied this past decade but if you start taking away their favorite things, there will be a big blowback. Look what happened to Egypt when they banned their Internet. You can take away people rights...but their social media and porn? No effin way.
more like holy shit will this nightmare ever end
at this point, Kanye's antics are like great show I've been watching that I'm a season or two behind on but it seems like it gets better, I just need to catch up. Kinda like Westworld or..... oh shit.....
listen to Rocks and then talk some shit. Aerosmith rules for the opening to Dazed & Confused alone.
For the entirety of my life, I could never say I had a favorite band. There was just too much music I liked, how could I pick a favorite band? After getting into King Gizz this year...I have changed that stance. Every album is just an absolute treat. I'm still saving some that I haven't heard for a rainy day. Getting into their discography and devouring album after album felt like listening to the Beatles for the first time. I'm an absolute nerd for them now. Anyway, if anyone from SG is going to the Red Rocks shows, we should all get together and fill our lungs.
I would do so anything to see Trump listen to album. Like I get to sit with him and listen and watch him react to each song. That would be so goddamn hilarious. I’d pay good money (also because I got the vinyl for $2 at Best Buy brand new)
IDLES are a better band than the Strokes.
No one should ever need an excuse for putting either of those albums on. Ever.
I have nothing against ukuleles and the people who play them. But on the other hand, there is also no sadder comment than the snide “um actually I’m an adult who plays ukulele BECAUSE....”
Convinced the new found fascination of ukuleles amongst Millenials/Gen Z is due the instruments main selling point which is "it's guitar but not hard to kind of learn". Being able to do something without much work greatly appeals to people like that.
"It retails for $300" (I don’t know much about ukuleles, but that seems like a lot.) god damn I still am not sure which line made me laugh harder
Love Dirty Mind but for some reason missed Controversy. Love me some punk/new wave so I'm sure I'll dig it. No way Dirty Mind is up there with 1999/Purple/SOTT in my book but most Prince albums rule in their own way anyway.
I really need to start my Purple Rain + 1999 as a double album vibe this summer. I've been sleeping on that treasure trove of bonus tracks for two of my favorite albums. I just watched the DVD that came with my deluxe Purple Rain of them at Syracuse and when they launch into Let's Go Crazy at the top...it is unreal. My head would've exploded had I saw the Revolution live in the 80's. ...Actually, I don't even think I'm ready for a deluxe Sign O The Times....
Incredible. Controversy aside (no pun intended towards one of the few early Prince albums I haven't heard) I've always been Prince over MJ any day...MJ made an entire solo career off of 3 or 4 great albums but Prince dropped great albums whenever he fuckin felt like it. MJ was talented but Prince was one of the greatest musicians of the last century. It was never close.
following up. I have been told there is already a sicko burger and it’s called the McRib HEYOOOOOOO
SICKO BURGER WHOOOOOOOO (also bring back that Stroopwaffel McFlurry)
Not a fan of 21 Pilots. But as a big fan of both puns, platform sneakers, and trolling....that tweet was *chefs kiss*
Literally everyone in America has this in common.
He is still one of the best ever. Stop Making Sense is still one of the best movies ever and I anxiously await getting to see Spike and Byrne's HBO version of American Utopia.

I’m with you on that. Still a pretty low bar for country pop to rank just above “pedophile rappers”.
lmfao who is dumb enough to stan a Stupid Asshole? Oh yeah, everyone who likes this music who will then go out and vote for Trump despite our entire American way of life being eroded within 4 years of his election.
Simple & bland music for simple & bland people with Blue Lives Matter stickers on their car.
I’m poptimist leaning in general but country pop is where I draw the line. I don’t care if it’s snobby. I try to steer clear of generalizing people from the south but in my experience, the vast majority of people who like country pop exclusively are the worse people in the country. Plenty of shit pop music these days but it’s taken pop music over a decade to catch up to being as bad as country pop. Save A Horse, Punch A Cowboy.
