Low @ Pitchfork Music Festival '13

If you’ve ever been to Pitchfork Festival you’ll know that the Blue Stage is usually the best for seeing more intimate performances. It’s tucked away a bit, smaller than the Red or Green stage, and is perfect for a band like Low. During their set yesterday, the band performed a cover of Rihanna’s “Stay,” telling the audience “we’ve been practicing it all week.” It’s a bit of a left-field move, but in the best way possible, and the crowd is definitely more receptive than the folks who saw that droning one-song set the band did a few weeks ago. Check it out below, and take a look at our Counting Down on them while you’re at it.
