Giving the opening song on your debut album the same title as your band name is bold. You’re basically declaring that song as your mission statement, your whole aesthetic captured in one track. The Richmond-based band is fronted by PJ Sykes, who picked up his guitar again after focusing on photography for a few years and being published in places like Rolling Stone, Spin, and TIME. Leading man suits him well, though: Even when his voice is drowned out by noise, he still adds a whole lot of personality to the music. Listen below.
