The holidays are right around the corner, which means musicians are getting ready to drop some serious winter tunes on us. Yesterday, we heard Karen O’s take on “Marshmallow World” for a Target commercial, and today Aimee Mann and Ted Leo have shared an original Christmas song under their new project the Both. It’s called “Nothing Left To Do (Let’s Make This Christmas Blue)” and it’s a sweet song with some dark lyrics lamenting the feeling of listlessness that can come along with the holiday season. The new song is paired with the announcement that Aimee Mann’s holiday tour is coming back after a three year hiatus, and she’s bringing Ted Leo on the tour along with her.
