Daft Punk Get Expensive Action Figures In Their Grammy Oufits

Daft Punk’s 2013 album Random Access Memories spawned the massive hit “Get Lucky,” but it also renewed interest in the French duo’s strict dedication to a spacey, robotic aesthetic. It’s arguable that their visual presentation has become as much a part of Daft Punk’s concept as their music, and their appearance at the 2014 Grammys — where they picked up three awards along with Album Of The Year — has become iconic.

To that end, a new series of action figures based off their outfits at that award show are being created, and a bunch of photos have surfaced via Imgur/Reddit. This certainly isn’t the first time that Daft Punk have collaborated to create a series of action figures, and according to a pre-order link for the white suit figures, they’re going to expensive again — 18,360 Japanese Yen is about $150. Check out more photos and a video displaying the figures below. The pre-order indicates they’ll be available in March of next year.
