Montreal avant-pop auteur Little Scream is back with her all-star team of collaborators on her upcoming sophomore album Cult Following. She’s already shared lead single “Love As A Weapon” and followup “Someone Will Notice.” Today, she reveals “The Kissing,” a collaboration with Kyp Malone of TV On The Radio. Both previous tracks were wandering, sprawled across different genres, eventually settling into a place where only she could take you. “The Kissing” is no different. It’s another huge slow-builder coming in folky, sliding into pop and then careening and shoegazing into art rock with her voice wonderfully roaming across the melding soundscape. Listen.
