Last year, the New Jersey sing-rapper Fetty Wap cranked out a fairly ridiculous stream of big crossover hits while still sounding, more or less, like an underground mixtape rapper. This year, he’s actually been an underground mixtape rapper. In the past few weeks, Fetty has been putting a whole lot of new music out into the world. And today, he’s released a brand-new mixtape called Zoovier, one that doesn’t seem to make any attempt to meet the radio-pop world halfway. The new tape includes a number of appearances from Fetty’s New Jersey associates, Monty in particular, and it also has verses from underground Atlanta stars 21 Savage, Bricc Baby, and Trouble.
