A few months ago, Atlanta rap bugout kings Young Thug and Rich Homie Quan teamed up for the incredible collaborative mixtape Rich Gang: Tha Tour Part 1. Apparently, there’s a Part 2 coming, potentially arriving any day now, even if the tour of the title never actually happened. And since that first tape came out, Thug and Rich Homie have continued to team up on tracks like “Chainsaw Massacre” and DJ Drama’s “Right Back.” On the new track “Hold Us,” the two link up with PeeWee Longway, the great Atlanta yammerer who’s already recorded a bunch of tracks with Thug and whose The Blue M&M tape is an under-the-radar gem. Dun Deal produced the elastic, synthy beat, and it’s just a joy to hear all these guys bouncing off of each other. Listen below.
