Like virtually everyone else in music, A$AP Rocky made the trip down to Austin this year to perform at a corporate-sponsored show (Samsung in his case). And while he was there, he talked to Billboard, telling the magazine that his follow-up to 2013’s Long.Live.A$AP is finished and being mastered. He didn’t want to give away too many things about the album, and he dodged the question of whether or not it would be a surprise release, which means it probably will be. But he did mention a few of the collaborators: FKA twigs, Lykke Li, Clams Casino, and Juicy J, the latter of whom appears on Rocky’s single “Multiply.” Danger Mouse and the late A$AP Yams serve as executive producers. Rocky calls the album “diverse” and says that it’ll showcase “the deeper side, the more musical side, the more intellectual side” of him.
