Danish four-piece Yung’s furious apathy anthem “Nobody Cares” immediately hooked me on their sound — urgent punk with snarl and fuzz. After the release of their Alter EP in March, they’ve followed up with “Blanket,” a warm, nostalgic tangle that’ll take you back to all the summer camp nights you spent oceanside, gazing up at stars. This song is like a reel of memory played out with melodic, bewildering passion. Listen.
“Blanket” b/w “Burning Bodies” is out 7/24 digitally and as limited run of 500 vinyl copies via Tough Love Records. Pre-order it here.
