The Compton rapper YG made one of last year’s best albums with My Krazy Life, and now he’s getting ready to follow it up with a new one called Still Krazy. He recently shared the Krayzie Bone collab “Cash Money,” but now he’s shared the song that will reportedly be the album’s first proper single. It’s called “Twist My Fingaz,” and it is an absolute banger. While YG made his name on the clipped club tracks of DJ Mustard, “Twist My Fingaz” switches that style out for an old-school West Coast bass-rumble, with producer (and frequent Kendrick Lamar collaborator) Terrance Martin going hard on the P-Funk synth-bass. It sounds awesome. Listen below.
