Inventions is the atmospheric organic-ambient duo of Eluvium’s Matthew T. Cooper and Explosions In The Sky member Mark T. Smith. The duo might have started out as a side thing, but the two of them have been way busier with Inventions than they have been with their other projects lately. In two years, Inventions have released two albums; the most recent, Maze Of Woods, came out in March of this year. Next month, they’ll follow it up with Blanket Waves, an EP that consists of two 12-minute tracks. Below, check out an evocative two-minute teaser.
