The Drake-approved R&B duo Majid Jordan, composed of singer Majid Al Maskati and producer Jordan Ullman, are still perhaps best known for contributing to Drake’s majestically pillowy anthem “Hold On, We’re Going Home.” But that may not be the case for long — they’ve got one excellent EP and one mixtape under their belts already, and their self-titled debut album is arriving on OVO Sound in February. Today, they’ve shared a new video for one of its tracks, the atmospheric late-night single “Something About You.” Directed by Common Good, the filmmaking team who also helmed their videos for “Forever,” “Her,” and “A Place Like This,” the clip finds the Majid half of the duo strolling around a darkened city, flames licking at his heels as he encounters several beautiful women and his musical partner.
