Future Announces EVOL LP And Apple Music Deal, Much To Young Thug’s Chagrin

Future has released six(!) full-length projects in the past 16 months alone, and he’s showing no sign of slowing down anytime soon. A mere two weeks after dropping the Purple Reign mixtape, the rapper has just announced a new album called EVOL, which is both “LOVE” spelled backwards and the title of Sonic Youth’s third LP. EVOL is the album that’s debuting on DJ Khaled’s first Beats 1 show on Friday, and it’ll be available for pre-order on iTunes at midnight tonight. (That’s the album artwork up at the top of this post.) Along with that news, Future has also revealed that he’s signed some kind of deal with Apple Music.

Young Thug and Future have quarreled over their shared insane prolificacy before, and Thug has once again angrily tweeted at Future in response to this announcement.

UPDATE: Here’s the EVOL tracklist.

01 “Ain’t No Time”
02 “In Her Mouth”
03 “Maybach”
04 “Xanny Family”
05 “Lil Haiti Baby”
06 “Photo Copied”
07 “Seven Rings”
08 “Lie To Me”
09 “Program”
10 “Low Life” (Feat. The Weeknd)
11 “Fly Shit Only”
