Michael Gira detailed Swans’ forthcoming final full-length in a recent interview with Mojo. The legendary group’s last full-length, To Be Kind, made it into the top 20 of our 50 Best Albums Of 2014 list, and Gira says that the next album is “epic” and will be out 6/17. Song titles include “The World Looks Red,” “The World Looks Black,” “Cloud Of Forgetting,” “The Glowing Man,” and “Finally Peace.” The LP was recorded by both John Congleton at Sonic Ranch in Texas as well as Bill Rieflin at Soundgarden’s studio in Seattle. It’s currently being mixed by Gira himself in Berlin. Read more here.
