Gwen Stefani unveiled her peppy, tabloid-baiting new wave single “Make Me Like You” last month, and then she performed it in a crazy Target-sponsored live music video during the Grammys. After that, it’s almost a relief to watch her sing the song on a late-night show, like a regular human being. That’s what she did last night on James Corden’s Late Late Show, where she didn’t sit for an interview even though she was almost certainly the most famous person in the room.
