Goat – “Try My Robe”

Goat, the masked and enigmatic Swedish percussive psych-rockers, have one of the best, weirdest live shows you’re likely to see anytime soon, and their records are consistently fascinating combinations of genres. And now we know that there’s another one coming. The band has just announced plans to follow up 2014’s Commune with a new one called Requiem. The new album will feature “I Sing In Silence,” the single they released earlier this year. And it’ll also feature the new song “Try My Robe,” which is better than a Scandinavian Afrobeat song should really ever be. Below, listen to the new song and watch a trailer for the album.

“Djorolen/Union Of Sun And Moon”
“I Sing In Silence”
“Temple Rhythms”
“Alarms”
“Trouble In The Streets”
“Psychedelic Lover”
“Goatband”
“Try My Robe”
“It’s Not Me”
“All-Seeing Eye”
“Goatfuzz”
“Goodbye”
“Ubuntu”
“Union Of Mind And Soul” (Bonus Track)

Requiem is out 10/7 on Sub Pop.
