Berlin duo Gurr are gearing up to release their new album In My Head later this year. Fresh off the heels of a tour with Bleached, they have released the video lead single “Moby Dick,” a slow lo-fi tune with a beautifully clean guitar tone and a chorus melody that will quickly get stuck in your head. Andreya Casablanca and Laura Lee place themselves in the genre of First Wave Gurrlcore, and after hearing “Moby Dick,” this indescribable classification somehow makes sense.
