Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have had a hand in quite a few film soundtracks, including the forthcoming Patriots Day and recent Before The Flood, as well as The Social Network, The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, and Gone Girl. And now, The New York Times is reporting that Reznor and Ross collaborated on the score of Ken Burns’ forthcoming 10-part, 18-hour documentary about the Vietnam War. The series will premiere on PBS in September, and features around two full hours of new music from the duo, on top of some bits and pieces of Nine Inch Nails songs. In true Ken Burns fashion, it’s simply titled: “The Vietnam War.”

In other news, Reznor says that a full band Nine Inch Nails tour probably won’t happen in 2017. They released an EP titled Not The Actual Events at the end of last year after teasing it over the course of 2016, and they’re set to play Panorama this July.
