Right now, Montreal shoegazers No Joy are in the midst of releasing a series of EPs. It started with last year’s Drool Sucker, and it continues next month with the new one Creep. The new one features the dizzy, jangled single “Califone,” and we now get to hear that song, with an utterly ridiculous video attached. The video, from director Ben Clarkson, is a nervous bombardment of pop-culture found-object imagery. Some of that is vaguely political in nature, like the scene of what appears to be shit falling on the head of a Trump sculpture. Most of it, though, will just make you feel like you are not sane. Check it out below, via NPR.
The Creep EP is out 2/24 on Grey Market.
