The New Zealand singer/songwriter Aldous Harding makes inventive, atmospheric music that doesn’t fit neatly into any genre designation, and she’s just landed at 4AD, which seems like the right label for the kind of music she makes. Harding has just shared a video for her reflective, lovely new song “Imagining My Man,” with director Charlotte Evans showing her in the back of a car, having a private moment as a city landscape drifts past her window.
