Weathervane Music’s Shaking Through is a documentary series that aims to demystify the songwriting process by showing a song being recorded from beginning to end, and the latest participant in the project is Waxahatchee. Katie Crutchfield went in for a session at Philadelphia’s Miner Street Recordings studio on the day of the Women’s March back in January to record a track called “No Curse,” a song that wasn’t ready in time for inclusion on her upcoming new album Out In The Storm.
