Tears For Fears – “I Love You But I’m Lost”

The long-running UK synthpoppers Tears For Fears haven’t put out any music in a long time, but they’ve been touring hard for decades. And next month, they’ll release Tears For Fears Rule The World, a career-spanning greatest hits collection. The compilation will include all the ’80s hits that you’re expecting, and it’ll also feature two new Tears For Fears songs, their first newly-released tracks since 2004. One of them is an acoustic ballad called “Stay,” while the other is is “I Love You But I’m Lost,” a big and bright and shimmering dance-pop number. They’ve just shared “I Love You But I’m Lost,” and you can hear it and check out the Rule The World tracklist below.

Tears For Fears Rule The World is out 11/10 on UMe. And in vaguely related news, the pioneering psychotherapist and primal scream therapy evangelist Arthur Janov recently died at the age of 93. He’s the inspiration for Tears For Fears’ band name and a great many of their songs.
