“Weird Al” Yankovic has announced that his 2018 North American tour will be a “no frills” one that will feature obscure songs and no props, costumes, or video screens. It’s called “The Ridiculously Self-Indulgent, Ill-Advised Vanity Tour.” It could, of course, be all be one big joke, but leave it up to “Weird Al” to actually maybe follow through on the conceit. He did just release a career-spanning box set that contains a greatest hits collection called Medium Rarities featuring no actual hits. Watch the dramatic tour trailer below.
