Four of the five original members of the supergroup Atoms For Peace reunited last night at Thom Yorke’s show at the Orpheum in Los Angeles. Consequence Of Sound notes that Yorke brought out Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea, longtime Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich, and Beck drummer Joey Waronker to perform “Atoms For Peace,” off of Yorke’s 2006 solo debut The Eraser. The only band member missing from the reunion was Forro In The Dark’s Mauro Refosco.

Yorke is currently on tour along with Godrich. The two have been performing just about everything from Yorke’s non-Radiohead discography, including songs from Suspiria, his solo albums The Eraser and Tomorrow’s Modern Boxer, as well as Atoms For Peace’s only album, 2013’s AMOK.

It’s been a good year for Yorke. He received a Grammy nomination for “Suspirium” and Radiohead will be honored at the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in 2019. Yorke is expected to release a new solo album next year as well.
