We posted Soft Kill’s “Borders Comfort” in January. Here’s “Sea Of Doubt” another great, romantic, classic-sounding death-rock track from Toby and Shiloe Grave’s excellent debut An Open Door. We’re told the couple bonded musically over a shared interest in Howard Devoto, the Cure, Wire/Colin Newman, and Killing Joke and that the album’s “an open dialogue love letter in song form.” Grab a dozen black roses and take a listen:

The live band features Toby and Shiloe joined by Nathan Howdeshell (The Gossip) on bass, Mattey Hunter (Meth Teeth) on second guitar, and Maxamillion Avalon (Get Hustle, Antioch Arrow, Chromatics) on drums.
