Sleepy-eyed New Orleans rapper Curren$y releases his new album The Stoned Immaculate today, and now he's also got a minimal black-and-white video for "Capitol," his slow-rolling collaboration with omnipresent veteran Atlanta marblemouth 2 Chainz.
