Disclosure - Settle

When we watched the video for “When A Fire Starts To Burn” this morning (go watch it if you didn’t), I said it was a good week for Disclosure fans because that was the sixth post on the Brothers Lawrence this week. Well now, make that lucky seven: If you want to be a part of the AOTY discussion in 2013, stream Disclosure’s outstanding Settle below. This is an album for: 1) Fans of ’90s dance/house styles who 2) enjoy pop music cloaked in UK garage and 3) are looking for bona fide poster boys for studied electronic music that is sincerely interested in filling dance floors rather than just making them think because 5) they were maybe wishing the promise of James Blake panned out in a somewhat different vein. Settle’s great, play it at your parties this summer, get familiar right now over at Guardian.
