In this clip of a “One More Time” and “Aerodynamic” masher at London’s Wireless Festival, the jolly ol’ enthusiastic crowd lacks a little rhythm, but more than makes up for it in spirit (and mini-Daft Punk LEDs). Dig the frenetic overlap of carnival rides and lasers — and appreciate the weird transitional lull of the extra-long focus on the diffident lady in the black hat and her two friends at the two-minute mark. The clip, posted at Daft Punk’s Alive 2007 Youtube channel is a perfect example of what makes Daft Punk Alive 2007 a worthwhile venture. It’ll feature a recording of their June 14, 2007 show at Bercy in Paris, though as far as we can tell, outside a 50-page digibook and live video for “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger,” there won’t be any other moving images. Then again, maybe the flashing lights have us confused.
