On Saturday night, Real Estate played at the New York venue Webster Hall and debuted a new song that lasted a kinda-astonishing 10 minutes. It's a warm, expansive piece of work that goes heavy one homespun Television-style guitar interplay and gradually ascends heavenward, and it shows that they've got a future on the jam-band circuit if this whole indie-rock thing stops working out.
