After his last few EP excursions, James Blake is now at work on a sophomore album, and he played a few new tracks at a recent London show. In the 15-minute clip below, he tries out a couple of new tracks alongside "Lindisfarne I and II" and his cover of Joni Mitchell's "A Case Of You." And at least from what I can tell, these new songs push his sparse, soulful electronic singer-songwriter sound even further than his first album did. Check it out:

There's no word yet on a new Blake album, but the man works fast; I'd expect it sometime next year.
