17-year-old British pop singer Chlöe Howl delivers tales of potential scandal and woe on her hopping single "Rumour." The video takes place in a green room, as if she's in a den for gossip, shilling out supposed details of others' transgressions while still singing about her own insecurity. I can't help but thing of the E4 series Skins and the unmitigated drama and rabble-rousing each set of teens gets into on that show. It makes everything from the O.G. 90210 to Pretty Little Liars look like child's play. Check out "Rumours" below.
