Over the weekend, the National-curated festival Crossing Brooklyn Ferry (named after the Walt Whitman poem) took place at the borough's sprawling venue BAM. Performers included the Roots, Solange, David Lonstreth of Dirty Projectors, Parquet Courts, and many others.
