Nick Allbrook, the frontman of the Aussie psych-rock band Pond, also served as Tame Impala's bassist before he left earlier this year, and both bands still share a bunch of members. But Pond isn't a side project, exactly. They're uniquely wiggy space-fuzz travelers in their own right, and their new album Hobo Rocket gets even further-out than Tame Impala's Lonerism. We've posted the early tracks "Giant Tortoise" and "Xanman," and now the entire assuredly messy thing is streaming at NPR.
