Back in March, we lost Gwar frontman Dave Brockie, better known as Oderus Urungus. Brockie was 50, and Richmond, Virginia police found him dead at his home. Today, the Virginia medical examiner's office reported that Brockie died of an accidental heroin overdose, as ABC News reports. The official cause of death is acute heroin toxicity.
