DJ Dodger Stadium is the duo of Jerome LOL and Samo Sound Boy, the two founders of the Los Angeles dance label Body High. They both produce tracks on their own, and as a pair, they’ve put together Friend Of Mine a gorgeously assured and physically fluid album of sweeping, emotional techno. It’s music that you can sit at home and think about it, even though its lyrics are limited to the samples that repeat throughout tracks, but it sounds best when blasted out an open window in the middle of the day. We’ve posted the duo’s videos for their tracks “Love Songs” and “Never Win,” both of them shot with airborne drone cameras.
