The 21-year-old Chicago rapper Vic Mensa made a name for himself last year with the Innanetape mixtape, and he's been building on that momentum in the months since; his house-flavored "Down On My Luck" single is a bona fide hit in a few random countries. Mensa's now made a goofy and fun video for his "Feel That" track, taking some mysterious drug and going on a partied-out journey through Los Angeles. Mensa's buddy Chance The Rapper makes a cameo, and Mensa proves himself the rare rapper willing to do a little bit of choreographed dancing in his video. Check it out below.
