In 2013, the former Czars frontman John Grant, who'd just come off releasing an Americana album, gave us the fantastic disco-house LP Pale Green Ghosts. And now he's moving onto something else entirely, recording his new album Grey Tickles, Black Pressure with St. Vincent/Modest Mouse producer John Congleton. We don't yet know much about it, but we do get to hear a few seconds of it in a profoundly disturbed album trailer, which gives us Grant looking like the world's most deranged croquet player.
