Chris Cornell's new solo album, Higher Truth, is coming next month -- thankfully, it's being produced by Brendan O'Brien and not Timbaland. The record's first single, the largely acoustic stomp "Nearly Forgot My Broken Heart," premiered today on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 show, and you can check out the lyric video below.
