Stream A. G. Cook & Life Sim Xtreme Mixology Mix

The great summer PC Music drought of 2015 is finally over. Last week, we got our first new track from the label in a while in the form of Life Sim’s “IDL,” and today we get a half-hour mix of new music. It’s a collaboration between PC Music head A. G. Cook and whoever/whatever Life Sim is. The whole thing taps into the nosier, more chaotic side of their sound, and there’s some great stuff throughout, including remixes of Hannah Diamond, Chris Brown, Pitbull, Wiley, Mz Bratt, and (I think) a really fucked-up inverse rework of Grimes’ “Go“? But I’m not totally sure of that last one… I’ve been sitting here for a few minutes trying to figure it out. Which just goes to show you that this whole thing is totally worth digging into, probably best served with one of those sunset martinis depicted in the artwork. These mixes are always pretty batshit — check it out below.
