Early next year, Conrad Keely, the longtime frontman of Texan guitar-smashers ...And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead, will go solo with a new album called Original Machines; we've already posted his song "In The Words Of A Not So Famous Man." Where that song was mellow and string-laced, he's now shared a very different song. "Warm Insurrection" only lasts two minutes and it's a lovely pileup of jangly psych guitars and rippling congas. I really like it, and it might remind you of what you loved about Trail Of Dead in the first place. Check out a lyric video below.
