Lil Wayne is in Italy for Milan Fashion Week right now, and last night, he performed at a show for designer Philipp Plein. In the middle of performing Tha Carter IV track "John," as TMZ reports, Wayne became frustrated by "technical difficulties" and just tossed his mic away before walking offstage.
